Jason L. Messner, MAI, joined the firm in June, 1986 after graduating from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate.  Mr. Messner became a principal of the firm and has actively managed the Company since 1995.  He has been a faculty participant at several Minnesota Institute of Legal Education seminars and adjunct lecturer at the University of St. Thomas concerning environmental appraisal issues.  Mr. Messner’s appraisal experience includes a wide variety of commercial, industrial and complex special purpose properties.  He has been deeply involved in the valuation of contaminated properties since 1988.  Mr. Messner has experience as an expert witness both within Minnesota and throughout the Nation.
